New member looking for a car community!

Hey all,

My name is Derzy and I'm a longtime Nissan owner in Los Angeles looking for a car community. I bought my very first Nissan in 2006 (Scarletta, AKA Red, a 2004 Sentra SE-R) and I'm happy to report that we're still in love 180,000 miles later. I've since added Jayne, a 1996 240SX, to my family, and with all the work I have to do on her I figured it was time I started actually socializing with car people!

I'm kind of a computer nerd so I'm most comfortable online, but I'm really hoping some of you guys/gals are in my general area because I'd love to start meeting up with people who love cars as much as I do. (My technical knowledge really isn't what it should be, given that I grew up in a car family, but the love is there!) I have a bunch of impending maintenance to perform on Red, to say nothing of the ton of work needed to revive Jayne, so you'll probably be seeing a lot of me around here. I'm looking forward to becoming a part of the NICO community!

There is usually a lot of car meets during the weeks in the L.A. there is one Instagram account that post meets is called califonia_carmeets check it out.
If you have any questions about your cars don't be shy and ask.
I have had my S14 for about 14 years and I know my share of mechanical knowledge about the chassis.
Don't forget to post some pictures of your B15 and S14.
