I'm new to the 240sx scene but not to Nissan. My first car was an 89 Pulsar and I've always wanted an S13 and I recently came up on this baby:

74,xxx original miles (chassis & motor)
Clean title
I bought it from a kid who got it from a guy who bought it from an Old lady,blah blah blah.
I ran the VIN and it was actually originally in Hawaii and then came back to the states... then back to hawaii, then back to cali again... really odd.
The previous owner did some really dumb things to it so this is how I got it. I have since raised it (& installed front collars on the coilovers). She has some rust and I'd like to get it addressed but not sure how to right now.
The bad:
Has some trunk rust from the SE wing (previous owner removed wing and plasti dipped trunk)
Has some rust on door and I believe under the sideskirts too.
4 lug is looking thrashed and I don't want to invest into it... has cheapo rims (1 bent) and crap tires.
I will update soon with all the parts I've ordered...
