Post

Hello -

I just picked up my 2009 Altima Coupe last week. Its a 2.5S in black with everything except nav.

I've got a project list already started, here's some of the things I'm thinking of:*LED interior/exterior bulb swap*Tint (can only do 50% here )*Spoiler*HID kit*3.5SE mirrors*ipod/hd radio adapter*lightwerkz custom projectors (when i win the lotto )*OEM fogs

I'm sure there is other stuff that I can't think of at the moment. Anyway, I've been reading all the different threads here for a few days and wanted to say hello. I'll put up some more pics as I do stuff and the weather isn't so crappy.

Hmm, I like the sound of that. Throw on a set of 18" G35 replicas with those springs and I think we've got something.

I didn't feel like these mods were thread worthy, so I'll just put them here. I ordered my first batch of led's from autolumination.com. I'm thrilled with the results. Sorry the pics suck, I can't hold a camera steady.

Puddle light before and after

Plate led and stock bulb

Backup leds and plate leds

I also did the small parking light in the tail assembly, but you can't really tell a difference besides the fact that its brighter than the stock bulb. The backup lights also aren't quite as bright as the pic shows, but they are still way better than the uglies of the stock filaments. If anyone wants to know which led's I used, just shoot me a pm or email. I'm very happy with the service and shipping from autolumination.

I'm a little worried since I've had it less than a week, but oh well. I tell my wife its a "hobby".

I looked up the invoice with the bulbs in case anyone needs it.

Reverse indicator: 194 SMT Tower III (white)License plate: 194 Supernova (white)Rear parking light: 194 Supernova (red)Puddle: 921 SMT tower 18 (white)

Oh and that reverse indicator is a monster...

And here's a non-shaky shot of how they look

Hey Dude welcome to the Boards. If you need any assistance with anything just post it up. We are all friendly and will give you an answer if we know it. I've done my suspenion, wheels, intake, endlinks, headlight, but I haven't done the LED's. That's next on my to do list. Car looks GREAT. Keep modding and post up pics. Merry Christmas dude.

HIDs installed this afternoon, grabbed a set of 6000k Xentec's off ebay with the slim ballasts. I also got a dual wire harness, so when i get some oem fogs, they are basically ready to go. woop!

This was what the car looked like when the wife came out to see what was going on... "omg what are you doing?!?!" :D

reassembled...

so pretty...

one more front shot

dome light is in now too! 3x6 smt with festoon adapter

i'm hoping the map lights will be here tomorrow.

More pics and updates...

The dome lights finally showed up, so the interior LED swap is one step closer to being done, just need to do the trunk and vanity lights.

its with the flash, but the non-flash look like i was in an earthquake, lol.

Also did the debage today, I can't believe how easy it was and how damn good it looks.
