New member/I30 owner with some problems

Hello everyone. Im heavy into the Nissan game, so im familliar with Nissan/Infiniti. Have a garage full of them haha. Anyways, long story short, I recently picked up a 97 I30 for a steal, but I am not sure where to go with it. It has 218k on the original motor, and the CEL has been on since right around 200k (thats what the previous owner told me). I scanned the codes at my local parts store and pulled these 4 codes ( Knock sensor circuit bank 1, evaporative emission system, EGR, and knock sensor bank 1). I am trying to get the CEL off in order to pass emissions here in WA state. I have been trying to research more about the I30 and vq30 engine but havent had much luck with my particular problems.

My question is, where should I start? Replace the knock sensor? EGR valve? Before you tell me to search, I would appreciate any help. Any tips or tricks? Thanks in advance.

I would start with the EGR. Knock sensor code is usually a ghost code that pops up with other problems. Try the EGR, as well as seafoaming the car (you may have a carbon build up that is throwing the evap code). If you havent done so yet, give the car a tune up (for plugs, dont use anything if it doesnt say NGK)
