New member - I need help/advice.

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone here can help me out. I recently picked up a 1994 Q45A and I went to get it smogged. The smog guy said that the Stillen cold air intake is not 50 state legal. He said he can't pass it (even thoughthe car passed all tests). The intake needs a CARB sticker on it.

The previous owner said it passed in the past with that intake and the CARD sticker was on it. I mentioned that it wasn't, and he said to contact Stillen and try to get a new one.

Has anyone here run into this? The smog tech said if I showed him an EO (?) number from the manufacturer, he can pass me. I called Stillen, and they are giving me the run-around. Does anyone have the info that I need??
