new member! heres my detailed mod plans. and a few questions.

ok so i spent about a month looking at new cars and was pretty set on an rx8 but then im searching on the internet one night and see a pic of addidas' altima and bought a dark slate 6mt coupe the next day. so im pretty set on modeling my coupe somewhat after his. heres my plans

custom sub box, taillight overlay, blue headlight film, nismo exhaust,nissan factory flushmount spoiler, pioneer d3 head unit,2 rockfos 10" p3's, t rex grill, rock fos p550.2 1500w 2 channel amp,rear view camera w/ rvmirror lcd, konig trouble 19x8 or nismo maxima 19x8 gunmetal rimsfox body kit,gullwing doors, alarm n remote start,hid conversion kit,laser jammer(laser star),eiback pro kit,stillen sway bar, interior super suede/leather

phase1(wheels&suspension)------october15

phase2(exhaust&spoiler)---------november10

phase3(system)-------december-15

phase4(hlights,tlights,grill,camera,radar,&alarm)-------january1

phase5(body kit)-------february18

ok thats the plan what does everyone think. and i have a couple questions. when i get the pro kit installed can i just install the springs or do i need to get new shocks and struts too? and i havnt seen a dark slate coupe with the maxima nismo gunmetal rims so if you have a pic of one please post id like to see how they look.

welcome to nico 1st off.

2nd, you don't need anything other than the eibach springs to complete the drop. you might want to get an allignment, but some haven't and haven't had problems with uneven tread depth.3rd, if you need contact info for the fox bodykit let me know. Fox sponsered my coupe and i know the peeps over at bodykits.com so..4th, rethink the lambo style/gull wing doors unless it's something that you absolutely have to have. most out there today will frown upon you for doing such a thing to a nissan, but at the end of the day it's your coupe and whatever makes you happy about it is what you should do.

anyway, enjoy modding your coupe and you've came to the right place for information as we've all done different things to our altima's.

yeah the doors are just if i run out of stuff to do and happen to have the money lyin around...and thanks for the advise i might be hittin you up in a few months about that body kit.

ha i downgraded from a 97 sc400 with a 1JZ-GTE Twin Turbo Swap...ha that got me in a lot of trouble and was one of my reasons for getting a a/c 2.5. i figured smaller engine would help me stay outa trouble with the police(and a/c gets bout 3x better gas milage)...but i have already gotten 3 tickets and have only had my a/c bout a month(luckily i have connections with the law and only having to pay for one) but its still tempting, maybe after my warranty runs out ill look at engine mods but right now i wanna just do things that wont void it (and lemme know if anything i have planned will void my warranty)
