hey guys,
thought id introduce myself, I will be spending some time on NICO in the years to come as I will be moving to the USA inside the next couple of years,

My name is Kurtis, and i am a D.I.Y car builder, I have been building cars in my backyard for over 12 years now and have completed some really neat conversions and custom work, anything Japanese has been my poison for some time now, i do appreciate good old mussel and the sky is the limit.

so who is interested in JDM automotive gear? motors, parts you name it My move to the USA will include an import business based in Texas / Louisiana, not sure if there much of a drift community in this area but i do know there is a solid demand for Japanese parts

check out my daily driven RPS13 180sx Sileighty, its nothing more then a run around car i dont pay a huge attention to detail, more for fun and skids :D

Welcome to Nico! My name is Mark.

You should move to Louisiana. I live in Lake Charles, LA which is awesome because I am 2 hours east of Houston, TX so I don't miss any events that happen in Houston. Plus I don't have to worry about my car being in compliance with the Texas laws.

There is no front license plates and no emmissons in Louisiana.

yea i should be moving to the shreveport area but we wont be house hunting for a little wile yet im looking for a diecent size block so i can put a workshop on it, i heard they are not to heavy on the car restrictions i cant see why they would bother when 90% of the population drive trucks lol, over here you would be sick if you saw how hard they are on cars, I see they run events at thunder road for drifters, the trail seems to run dry from there maybe you can point me in the right direction!

lol digital climate control units are in demand?! geez iv owned 3 s13s now and 1 JDM s14a and the last time i saw the old analog controls was in my k series silvia like 10 years ago there more reliable then the digital ones for the record, the hot/cold open/close control arm on the rear of the digital unit are well known for breaking down, usually in summer when ur trying to work out why the AC say 18deg but its hot as hell lol...
