Car: 2007 Versa SL Sedan

Post

Hello all,

Just checking in!

My wife and I just bought a '07 Versa Sedan SL. She commutes to work about 50 miles round trip and while she LOVES her '00 Cherokee Classic she wanted something with better gas mileage. (I've got a company car and my baby is an '06 Mustang GT.)

So it fell on me to find a car she would like and after test driving a Versa, Fit, Corolla, '06 Xa, Prius, and who knows what else we decided on the Versa.

A big part of why we got the Versa was the value. We got $1250 off the MSRP and the 4.9% for 60 mo's available now.

The only thing is that I think I need to spice up the car a bit for her. She thinks it is "cute" but maybe a little bland... especially in sedan form. I was hoping she'd get the hatch but they didn't have any in black and it HAD to be black...

So, looking to get some tint and eventually wheels. I think this car looks a lot better with some larger aftermarket wheels.

That's all for now. I'll be lurking in the background and will speak up if I can be of any assistance!

Tim

Welcome.

Do they have or have plans for a spoiler for the sedan? That may help a bit.

Not likely. I didn't think there was one available anyway.

Probably tint, then wheels, and might even lower her.

I did just finish skimming ALL 40 some pages of this forum! Not every single post but a whole hell of a lot of them!

I think I'm caught up to speed...

Welcome to Nico Club!

With those 'larger wheels' try to stay the same diameter or your speedo will be off by a little.

that looks sharp! I agree with you in thinking that some tint and new wheels would make a big difference.
