Hello All,

Bought a 2007 M35x in December 2016 and love the vehicle. It's a steel gray metallic with brown (bourbon?) leather. I grew up with RX-7's, from a 1st Gen 1982 GSL, to a 1990 GXL, and now working on a project to rebuild a 1990 GTUs from 4 other RX-7's. I also own a 2001 Mazda MP3 in Vivid Yellow. I am attracted to Infiniti for several reasons:

* Rear Wheel Drive as primary drivetrain (as God intended), and front wheels engaged when slip is sensed
* Maintenance - I can change the brakes all around for $500. More like $1,200 per axle on a BMW or Audi
* Seats - I love the seats, both front and back, plus the heat and air in the fronts by ventilation and not electric wiring! (Everybody loves the seats!)
* Aluminum hood and doors. My MP3 is rusting so badly that when I shut the doors a small piece of them falls in the parking lot
* History - Nissan has a history of strong automation in their manufacturing. When my late father was automating a Westinghouse manufacturing facility in the 80's, he took his team to Japan to study what Nissan was doing, so they could use those principles in automating the manufacture of zirc-alloy tubing for uranium fuel rods and control rods in nuclear reactors

Glad to be here, and hope to be able to contribute some and learn a lot.

Brad.
