New Member 2006 M35X on 22""

Just a couple pictures of my ride, 22" 3 piece rims custom made for my M. Nitto Invo 255/30/22 all the way around, 2 inch lip up front, 3 1/2 in the back. Let me know what you think.

Nice man. Do your rims rub with that setup? Or any other problems? Did u need a lift kit or spacers on ur spring to fit the rims? Im going to get 22" soon but Im not sure what size tires to get so there will be no rubbing or lift kit needed? Did u do the custom grille urself? What did u use? Im thinking abot doing that to my 09 M35 Sport.

for 22" you will clear better with 245/30/22" depending on your offset! These are there piece custom I think he stated so offset is irrelevant as they make sure they will fit the car they are made for... I have had a few sets of 22" wheels usually 22x8.5 +38 offset you can go as much as 22x9 +42 offset and be flush on a 245/30/22 tire..

No rubbing at all with this set up, tires fully tuck under the fender with backseat passengers. Yeah I did the grill myself. I painted it with plastidip and finished with a couple coats of clear coat.

Im not to familiar with the dimensions of the rim size "22x8.5 +38". What does the 8.5 measure and what do you mean by +38 offset?
