Hello M forum members,

I picked up a diamond graphite 2007 M45 Sport not long ago. It has 53k, single and local Dallas owner (65 year old woman), and 100% dealer maintained.

Very excited to be a part of this community. No modification plans yet, I am happy with the stock car w/ tint. An iPod adapter would probably be my first thing to upgrade, but there doesn't seem to be a very clean/integrated way to use one without the tech package (plugs in the console).

Car was detailed this morning, will post up some pictures later today.

Sounds like you found a good one! Diamond graphite would have been my first choice over Obsidian. What color interior do you have?
I think upgrading to 5000 K LED lights (interior, "city lights", and reverse lights) is a relatively inexpensive mod that looks cool and provides better lighting. The USA/SPEC iPod adapter will work (although they can occasionally be glitchy) by plugging into the satellite radio or regular stereo, out of sight, and an iPod cable running to your glove box or center console. Great sound, and you can control with the stereo controls.
I look forward to seeing your photos. I love my 2007 M45 Sport. Driving it makes me happy. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!

You are probably right, I thought diamon graphite was the silver name.

it's all good -- I love the silver and diamond graph...easier to keep clean

its prolly "liquid platinum" -- the way to check the color is in the driver side door panel (look for Code WV2) and that should confirm Diamond Graphite.

Liquid Platinum's code is K23

I installed the USASPEC PA15-INFi about 1.5 months ago so all is fresh in my head. Let me know if you need any help.

Very nice looking car. Bet that silver paint is easier to keep clean than my black one!
