You should be seeing dealerships showing it in their showrooms late January-early February. Expect it to go on sale mid-late March or possibly early April.

I know the new M is state of the art, however the more I look at those pics the more I see a large G35, nothing wrong with that (especially with 340 hp) however the older one attracts me for the same reason the earlier Q did, it looks different from anything on the road, some might say boxy or even ugly, or even blah, but I see sexy, sleek, and just plain badazz. Plus I can swing one off lease before I could even have a 05 end up in my price range

Hmmm... in the real-world photos the new M45 just doesnt excite me -- much like the Lexus GS.

If a 2005 M45 and STS came rolling past, my eyes would be on the Cadillac.

My thoughts exactly.

Oh well, it'll be de-badged, and they can play "Guess the model" while I'm thinking of excuses for exceeding the posted speed limit.

The looks don't excite me either, but neither did the G35's when it first came out....then I drove it.

The flanks of the current M are so similar to Y33's. I personally also LOVE the current M, more than the pics of the upcoming M. I also think the next M looks like a bigger G35. I sat in an M at the dealer today, it's actually still quite similar inside to my Q. Some of the materials felt light / flimsy, like the glove box, but I still want one.

I also like the current M better too. I just can't wait til they send us to Gardenia for M35/45 training and the track drive!
