I recently bought my M45 at Fletcher Jones in chicago and on the very first day...it died on me while driving (turns out the oil gauge is broken and I drove it till the gas ran out)...I dropped it off at the dealership and its being fixed...except it's taking 3 days so far and I haven't gotten it back yet..should I be concerned?..its still under warranty (though I'm not sure how long the warranty ends..i think 60K or 4years, but when is the four years over?).

Hopefully, if it turns out that the car I was sold is not a lemon (hopefully, since it died on me the same day I bought it)...what is the very first change I should make to it....Its an '03 silver, sunroof, 43K miles, 18inch w/new tires, sound system is off d hook, no navi...what's the very first thing I should change?

It is a somewhat common problem. They are probably waiting for parts. I wouldnt worry, if you are just call your service writer and he/she will be able to tell you whats up.You actually like the sound system??? Cheers

Any Infiniti will tell you date the car went into service. 4 years or 60K from that date. Just give them the VIN number.
