new + locating relays + help B13

Hello just joined these forums. I just purchased a working 92 senra non SE-R 4 speed 1.6L for $250.00 and am in the process of fixing it up. Lots of little problems but nothing drastic.

I have some electrical problems such as:

1) the wiper fuse left in causes the wipers to turn on by them selves and can never be stopped unless i pull back out the fuse.

2) While checking fuses the indicators decided to stop working permanently. Indicator fuse is good.

3) AC on/off dash button will not come on.

All fuses have been checked both under dash and under hood. Everything is good. Replaced AC button.....still nothing.

Ive searched through past threads and relay seems to come up often. Where is this and how can I check it? Could this be the cause of all electrical problems?

problem sounds small but tedious to fix.

My conclusion:someone played with the wiring before (maybe for the Audio system or alarm and my best guess the AC system.)...and they accidentally short circuited the wiper system..creating a permanent close-circuit.

Since you are fixing it up...you may as well take out the the dash board covers at the bottom and start looking at cables which looks like it "has been tampered".U probably have to dismantle these wirings tapes and identify which one is the one linking to wiper..

As the problem is the wiper..which is a really simple circuitry..I am confident you can find the problem. and eventually even fix up the aircond...
