So ка the lattice is one more (regular) then without any fear of the beginnings to createHas removed(taken off) about the beginning all хромAt all abundance of my tool, the most part of middle cut out only "fire" Heated up a cloth on a torch Also burnt out Places допиливал the same clothWould saw with a stock that then all curvature to deduce(remove)And result Then штангенциркулем has noted from edges(territories) required width and having put in a pine forest the machine the detachable disk began to saw off more precisely adjusting under the size After sawing off has processed all sides a file After processing Then by a pine forest began to do(make) a landing place under a latticeThe bottom framework The top framework Trying on and adjusting under poses cut out a grid on one party(side) Then this a grid has applied(put) to the staying to a piece, and has connected a cell to a cell. For that what figure (an inclination of a grid) on both details was identical, and has fastened their three couplers (хомутики) Cut out the second gridLong thought than крепить a grid to a lattice Has tried " liquid nails " on the cut part. Has tried to tear off, comes off with the big work but the big area of contact is necessary for effect and almost hour for схватывания. But places hour of a place of a grid which not densely there is not a lot of and to hold adjoin there is no not time not forces. The idea with "nails" has disappeared. Has decided to fix термоклеем And process And result Lattice without хрома Lattice with lame Has then given on painting (to black color), what the grid and a lattice did not differ with tones.Well so it looks by the machine

Well and if in this report it is not enough фото:laugh:, the others can be looked сдесь

Nice, I thought of doing this also. Bought all the needed items but then I ended up painting the grill black and left it.

Nicely done.

Hmm... well so much for thinking I was going to be the first one to do such a thing. It does make me think it s good idea. I really like the look.

That looks amazing. I would do this but I want to get rid of the Nissan logo on the front. Gotta get me the VersaSpeed grill.

I like the versaspeed grill with the our Nissan logo in the middle, without it it looks like it is unfinished/missing something.

I think I will have to do this. I have been craving a mesh grill over the cheap plastic. One thing I want to do though is put chrome strips on the outside of the 2 mesh sections going vertically, more like a BMW grill.
