Just got my wheels put on! :D :D

They are Konig "Next" 17x7 +40 offset. The wheels are riding on: Yokohama AVS ES 100's 225/45ZR 94W.

I was very scared that I would not like them. However I am totaly satisfied!

Tell me what you all think.

Pics are posted on the members rides page :D :D

Whats next? Struts and LSD, or Big Brake kit?

Looks good. I apologize for criticizing you earlier w/o seeing them. Next mod should be an OEM lip, then get some struts and LSD.

Ride looks nice. I dont really think it needs the oem lip. Im especially digging the subtle-like tint. Nice work.

ive seen the car in person...and i am totally in love with it, aside from it being Auto ;)

i say your next mods should be LSD and struts, and a HEADER!!!! im getting way ahead of you dude with my struts/springs/sway bar/strut brace/intake/exhaust and soon header LOL j/k! but i agree...finish the suspension, find a nice LSD (infinity J30 viscous LSD's work i hear...) and get a header...then save up for the 5 speed swap!!!! thats what i would do...but youre not me either :D

ill call you when the header gets here, and when it goes in...i think, if it sounds as good as i hope it will, and performs just as well, then it will convince you ;)

ps...get NGKs!!! not sure what the 240 KA's run, but im running BKR6e-11 copper plugs, one heat range colder than stock...gapped to .047, and it performs really well. im sure youll be happier with them than the Bosch's. you gotta chang them more often, but its worth it (the NGK coppers run better than the NGK platinums IMO).

wheels dont look bad. the design is simple so it works, but +40 is waaaaayyy too high of an offset. also, just out of curiosity, how much do those weigh?

Konig claims they weigh 16lbs. I got them sent to me as a package with the tires already on, so I cant say for sure. With the tire on they probably weighed about 40 lbs + or - a few.

hmm...i'd always heard that konigs were heavy, but thats really not bad at all, especially for 17s.

I bought them from http://www.discounttiredirect.com

The Konig "Nexts" are forged :D

16lb Forged wheels for 170$I didnt think it was that bad of a choice. LOL

I did not really care for the Konig Kolors

Check out the Konig "Hurry" Hellion240sx. They were my second choice. I am not sure who sells them though.

Thank you ALL for the nice things you've said :D

Very nice car, I like the rims ;) You should definately swap it to 5 speed for your next mod, trucst me you will think it is a totally different car. And with all your other mods, it would be sad not to swap trannys. Slushboxes=shat

nice rims. i guess you could rock some wheel spacers and get'em out towards the fender more.

and a big brake kit would be nice. ;)
