if you dont know where to buy car parts, then you should first probably look into finding out how to dress yourself.jk

:rolleyes

i suppose you are more into looks and soundsomething that will turn heads rather then fly by with a blink of an eye

kits depend on what kind of taste you're into

exhaust sound depends on diameter of the system from front to back including the tip which would resonate the sound

so if you really dont care about losing to other cars after drawing THAT much attention then something like at least a 2 1/4 inch diameter all the way back with a single loops muffler chamber that'll echo the exhaust bass sound

but i'd seriously look into other mods to achieve respectable engine power before you start turning heads

7HE_DON Has got a valid point...sure it can be "cool" to be all show and no go, but its respected when you blow someone's doors off at the line. Put your cash into something that can get you into trouble, and youll have a lot more fun with it. :D

P.S. with the amount you drop into a kit, molding, paint, and custom exhaust system, you can get a pristine sr20 installed. just a thought.

thanks for the advice but im an 18 yr old kid with a grand in the bank, I want to tune up my car too problem is it has 110k miles on it and i was told that wasnt a good idea. So heres my thought, gradually add on body pieces and exhaust wheels till its finished. By then the engine will prbly be ****, buy a new fast engine and make it sing. What do you think?

do you wanna go fast or look good?go ahead with cosmetic mods if you plan to buy a new car after your engine breaks downif you wanna go fast i'd worry about engine mods first over cosmeticsfor one thing... when working in the engine bay you wouldnt want a mechanic leaning on a piece of 500$ carbon fiber fender
