Does anyone know where I can purchase a brand new or rebuilt Ka, also what price range am I looking at? Thanks

I can get them cheaply. Recently did one off a full rebuild for $1000

Yes, that's fully rebuilt and leak tested.

Auto or manual transmission?

manual transmission with engine either rebuilt or with just low miles.

yes.It's all about me calling my engine builder.They do all the leakdown tests on used motors that come in and get torn down. Then we tell them what to put back in the motor.

aries when you say rebuilt, specifically what do you mean? full engine and transmission rebuilt with after-market parts? or..... rebuilt for turbo? can you get stock ones?

that would be rebuilt to stock specs.rebuiklding with aftermarket parts is extra.
