in PA some counties don't require emissions

drive through elizabeth there's a bunch of shady shops that will pass your car. It's easier if you have an s13. I got my rb25 passed

what about if the state dmv already failed me.. will they give a crap?

why did they fail u?? cuz out here in cali i know its a lil different but even if the state fails u they normally give u like 30 day to get it fix and retested
i got a 400hp rb that will pass all day long(i have the same emissions out put as a stock ka) but if i get a state inspection ill fail befor it starts lol

yeah, they gave me the thirty day window. Only problem is they said they inspected my car in october, when the inspection really happened in november, leaving me with a few days instead of 30. Scumbags.. They failed me for tampering , b.c for some reason they went and opened my hood. Pieces of s***.

yea then ur fine just take it to another shop that doesnt car about under the hood ask some local import kids one of em will know what shop to go to thats how i found my guy

Okay, yeah I'm trying to talk to some of the locals around here but my guy who was going to do it for me is now making a huge deal out of it since i'm in the system now.. My view on it is who really gives a s***. I can simply get a list from the shop in my town saying I fixed all the problems, and that I simply changed them back after the inspection.
But if anyone knows a solid place where I can def take this too and they don't give a s***, please let me know.
