I can guarantee that if they were flying around central AZ, they wouldn’t be flying for long. In a gun hating state like NJ, I would get a t-shirt cannon and throw a gill-net (gill fishing net) with some weights on it. That would propel it up enough to tangle the props and bring down the drone.
I lived there for over 30 years. Typical gun-hating blue state, yes, but every golf course in it needs a "Watch Out for Goose S#it" sign. They'd be overrun if they tried for one minute to ban hunting. Up in the Pequannock area, I guarantee you there are plenty of hunting licenses and plenty of birdshot. It should be drone season, but somebody is plainly falling down on the job.
