By the end of the month I should have a new manifold completed and tested for RB25's. With others to come. I was getting tired of seeing very highly priced manifolds that were made in someones garage. These witll be a 6" O.D. log, or barrel type plenum manifold with velocity stacks. Plan is to produce and sell them for around $300. Alot cheaper than most on the market, even EBAY. The first one will be done by the end of the week and head to the flow bench by early next week. I will post the result of the flow bench tests as soon as I get them. And pics will be up by th end of next week.(hopefully)

Anyone interested would need to send me their stock manifold so I can use the flange and bottom part of the runners.

sounds great man!

Assuming they're going to be foward facing manifolds. As well sheet metal?

hope to see this one make it to the production line :D

Yeah, they will be forward facing. With the option of square or angled TB plate. The angled ones will be like mine, where I have a same side intercooler and want to run the intercooler piping in front of the radiator from the intercooler.

I am using 6" diameter pipe, not sheetmetal. And they will be aluminum.

I am starting with the 25 because that is what I have here to work with. I will be making them for 20's too after the first one is done. Like I said, All I need is your stock manifold and I can make them for just about any motor. I am working on a smaller 4" one for the B16.(had a stock mani laying around form my embarassing Honda days)

I have had a short setback on my timeline. The velocity stacks I ordered were too small, so I had to order some more. I will get underway as soon as the new ones arrive.

Hell, how much will one of these weigh. I'll trade you some RB20 parts you can make stuff for...i.e. stock mani...and some cash should they prove to be better off.

I have a spare engine I will be rebuilding, and a new intake would be pretty cool for $300 or less with some stuff on trade.
