New Intake Install!

Oh let me just say first, the install wasn't difficult at all. Putting on the seals around the heat shield wasn't either. The one around the air box thing was, (the plastic tube is thick) however I found inserting a flat tip screwdriver and widening the seals a little made it a cinch! The longest time spent was simply the fit an finish parts (a little o.c.d.). Here are the pics. I love the carbon fiber tube. Oh and the JWT is abso-f ing-lutely awesome. The engine responds so much better/quicker, it whistles when i push on the peddle! The engine howls like a rocket ship!!! I must say that I loved the car before but now, dare I say I loved it even more!!! It's simply more amazing and fun to drive!!!

Excellent!! Glad you like the Pop Charger. You are right, the sound alone was worth the install. Now you need to add a plenum spacer to the mix.

I know alot of g35 owners use the plenium spacers but has anyone have or know of an owner with the kinetix intake? I mean look at how gorgeous this is. I read all about it on their site and I just have to say that I want one and will get one soon. Unless I hear it's junk. It will also flow better with the turbos/superchargers as well. Which is great for my master plan !!! Oh and look how it revs higher as well. Let's get some feedback!!!

Congrats...that carbon tube looks wicked too! Love that whistling sound.Well...I found putting the foam on the heatshield a major pain (but I can be a knob too), glad you seemed to get it on quick!

Well after getting my car I googled everything on the g35. I read everything I could and found a bunch of sites. I found http://www.kinetixracing.com which they say they are just starting. They don't have alot of merch. They have the intake though! I just wanted to know if anyone has one, knows someone with one.

Nice install. The CF intake tube is nice. I hadn't seen one installed yet.

There are a few members who have installed the Kinetix plenum and have been pleased. I haven't heard much else though.

That set-up is definitely one of the prettiest I have seen. The numbers look nice too. What's the price on it?

Thank-you for the compliments. My setup I got on ebay from performance nissan parts, It is a package deal with the JWT and the UTR carbon fiber tube. There was another set for sale. The Kinetix Racing intake manifold is $819.Hey check this crazy one from speedforce racing!
