Has anyone bought a new car from Infiniti of Scottsdale or one of the other sponsers? Was it worth traveling for? I'm looking to replace my 95 Q45 that was flooded during Hurricane Katrina. I'm thinking of a G35 Sport but don't want to spend much over 30K. Is that possible?Eric

Hi Eric!

I know the crew at IOS very well, I'd be glad to help if you need some assistance working a long-distance deal.

I think a better idea would be to get your best local deal, and then see if they can beat up on it as a show of "good faith" to the board they sponsor.

Certainly might be worth the try.

I was at Midway Infiniti in Phoenix Wednesday, looking at their stock while I was having my new 9011 high-powered high beam bulbs installed in my '05 Q45. They had several that had MSRP around 32 to 34k. One was a very nice white G35 "Journey" for MSRP a little over 32k. I suspect that a little good bargaining would get it for under 30k. Of course, "doc fees", license, and sales tax would jack it back up some. License fees here in AZ are very high, so maybe your State has lower ones that would make a difference, and sales tax might be different too.

Bottom line is that you shouldn't have much trouble buying a very nice 2007 G35 for under 30k if you shop around and are proficient in the new car buying process. I've driven a new '07 G35 loaner, and I can tell you it's a great car. I hope you can find the right deal on one.

FWIW, as the G35 has such a great reputation, used ones are overpriced. Buying a new one is the only way to go, IMHO.

Good luck.

Hi eric95q45,I have spent the last few months shopping for my new '07 G35 and I went to every infiniti Dealership in the valley. I am the type of person to shop the hell out of a car to ensure that I am getting the best bang for my buck. After about 2 months of shopping and working with all the dealers in the valley, I had my best experience at Pinnacle infiniti on FLW Blvd. The sales rep was nice and was VERY willing to make me a SMOKING Deal on my new G. Feel Free to call George Mattis at Pinnacle infiniti and let him know that I sent you... he was very informative and gave me the the G for the best price I've seen anywhere! (2007 G35 Journey w/ Premium pkg @$32,400.00) I respect the fact that you are shopping and want to get the best deal... do your research and you'll be a much happier with the deal you got... End result is, you are buying a superior car, and you are sure to be happy with the infiniti you purchase... Service and sales are above reproach with infiniti dealers... let me know if you have any questions... GOOD LUCK!

I am going to get a new G37, but it does not come up on your website. I would gladly use your service, but I have been calling lots of Infiniti dealers and found that I would not be able to get anything under MSRP initially, and my lease is up Sep 7.

If you think you can help me, please email me and let me know.
