new ignition?

so i have been thinking i wanna get one of the new ignition key setups from nissan that they are using in the new cars with the chipped keys and the keyless entry. i know it wont be cheap to buy all that from the dealer but how hard do u guys think it would be to put in? ill worry with the price later. im just wondering what the install might entail and if it will be worth my time. im talking about the 05 and up keys. i have a 90 coupe with an sr on the way.
