so i was talking to a buddy who is really into nissan tuning and we both agreed that one of the major downfalls of the ever loved ca18det is that there is no consult capabilities... we were talking and i wanted to know what you guys thought about running the ka24de ecu re-pinned with an e-prom emulator and ca fuel/ignition maps... i would really love to be able to use consult so if anyone knows any other ways could u let me know? ive looked and found nothing like this around and if you think about how ecus work they just take data in and compare it to the maps and give an output..... thanks for all the input

I know that people do this with SR ecus........ really....... the only down fall is people cheaping out on their budget.

very very impressive analogy gabby lol this is true i would just love to be able to monitor my sensors "real time" while being able to tune it in on the dyno or street or wherever...so youre telling me my best bet is a standalone system for the ca...
