new iap ic routing???

i read here somewhere someone changed a few of the ic piping for the iap ic kit. i have searched and cannot relocate the thread. they used a pre existing hole, i think? help please. thanks!!

i think structure did something different when he helped install geo's kit.. if i remember correctly..

Instead of going straight down like I did and the kit shows. They went straight towards the driver's fender.

we just had to add about 3" of piping and another coupler. so much less cutting of the fender well

yup I ran mine that way also. not only less cutting but appears to be a better fit as well.

What if you use a 90 degree compressor outlet?

To be honest, I dont like to much bending, specially air pipes!

nah If I wash the engine bay then the outside of the car would look like crap. just think of it as the "sleeper" look.

thanks alot for the posts and the pics. buying the iap stage 2 kit proly in late april or early may and i was trying to get everything lined up so i would have a good idea of how to make the ic piping work best. already have built (exta) engine sitting on engine stand waiting to host the turbo set up. thanks again for all of the pics and posts!!!!
