New hubs and bad sensor and tail lights wont work

a 240 i am looking at need
1) new hubs (stripped by the guy i might be buying it from)
can i do the 300z 5 lug conversion now?
2) its smoking. he says he needs a new sensor but cant remember which one
could it be other problems?
3) the tail lights wont work
is this a simple wiring issue? fuse or bulb? or will i need the entire tail light assembly (i kinda like these http://www.ebay.com/itm/89-94-NISSAN-24 ... 86&vxp=mtr)
