Hi everybody! I decided to get off my lazy butt and start the discussion up again like stoned_age suggested. The acting police chief has been handling the situation quite well. All charges against everyone that was arrested have been dropped, of course expenses like towing will probably have to be sued for. The ACLU is still pursuing a law suit. Chief Bradford has been suspended with pay until further notice for a separate incident. Man I'm typing fast. If you have input, feel free to post it, but don't anyone dare get this one thrown into the ring too.

That's good that all of the charges are being dropped for all of those people. Still sucks about the towing charges. I think the department should reimburse the owners.

"should" being the key term. People will probably have to sue for that one. When morality has no voice, use money.

Winning a law suit like that would be quite easy I think, especially since the charges were dropped, by the department.

Well, the media attention has really died down. Everything is in the slow moving court system. If any update shows up, I'll post it.
