Weather finally broke here so I got out and took some photos of my current rides. They are as follows,93 vert, only mod is Q45 frnt brakes, money well spent.90 hatch, SR20det swap with Sylvia rear subframe and LSD, B&M ss, Sylvia seats, urathane bushings throughout, Tein coilovers. F/S 7,500.

And last my latest addition to the stable1992 Mitsubishi 3000gt vr4 twin turbo. Bought if from a close friend yesterday. 18,900 original miles, allways garaged, never seen rain in it's life! All stock.I hope this won't get me banned from NICO!

Nice! Pretty clean vert...don't really like the bra (never was a fan of them). You should look into a clear one imo. BTW that 3000GT is pretty sweet.

Nice Sil-80 also.

I had my finger on the ban button... but since that 3kgt has only 18,900 miles on it and is absolutely cherry.. we'll let ya stay for a while.

No Really... That's a hot car! I approve. We'd never ban anyone for buying another brand of car. (you should see some of the cars that members brag about getting.. kckouki just sold off his '97 240 so that he could get an S10 pickup truck...)

Cool man... I have 99 3kgt in my garage too. Just did the oil change yesterday. I tried to buy 95 3kgt convertible for my wife, but damn... that thing's super rare and couldn't find one. Ended up getting cheap 99 base model. All 3kgts need to be lowered really bad though. 18900miles??? That's impossible! Take good care of it.

Absolutely no way!!!!!! I vote for a bannnnn!!!! Now!! just fooling, Chuck! That is the best find I have ever seen. One might cast a shadow over you for a short bit, but you will always come back and trump in Spades!! All I have that's better than yours, obviously, is my new mirror........ha! Beautiful car (however, just plain white??? what?? ) and I am extremely envious. But proud to call you my friend.......now about giving friends rides in new vehicles..............

Nice 3000GT. The mileage is insane; keep it like that and you can sell it back to Mitsubishi in a few years.

Thanks for all the positives!BTW, it is Glacier White Pearl, and looks great as light reflects on it. It has allways been garaged and covered. wouldn't be my first choice of color, but couldn't pass it up.It truly does have , well, 19,000 miles now after I got done with my test drive!I know the guy that bought it new very well and asked him if he ever wanted to sell I would be interested. I'll have to work my nutsac off now!"Admitted Caroholic"

before I bought my 240 I wanted a 3000gt so bad (very hard to find one with low milage) you got a steal no matter what you paid. That car is almost right off the lot.

IMHO, if you don't get VR-4, there's no point getting 3kgt.This is what I was trying to get for my wife. It's VR-4 Spyder. Drool...

BTW, this is the cheapest mitsu part dealership in the U.S. No one can beat their price.http://www.mitsupartsdirect.com

Googled and found this site. http://www.3000gtspyder.com

Total 1618 made and 877 were VR-4. It was the first hardtop convertible since 1959 Ford Skyliner. I think next one was Varietta followed by Peugot CC series. Anyway, I've seen 4 in person so far. Yeah, make sure to join here. http://www.3si.org/forum

I think we will get banned.

Yep.. that's it! You guys are outta here! Pack you're bags.

kidding.. no worries boys.. you can talk a little mitsu stuff if you want. I sure don't mind if you take off on a tangant once in a while. I'd prefer not to see a new thread devoted entirely to a different car in the 240 convertible forum. But then i'd just move it to Gen Chat or something.

As for linking and encouraging someone to sign up on another forum. As long as it's not a direct competitor of NICO... sure! I wouldn't like it if you guys were sending people to the "lesser" Nissan forums.. But mitsu forums and other makes are all good. I am myself a member of Subaru, VW, Mazda, Toyota and a couple other forums.. it's all good.

Thanks for being super cool about it as always. The bottom line is... Still 240 is my favorite no matter what. Other cars are cool, but no cars have given me such a joy like my vert does.
