I had to modify it in order to get it to work. I used flathead screwdriver to widen the ground clip on the OEM fog also had to modify the clip holding the light on the metal holder. G37's have no room for screwing the box in so it was zip tided on. They look good and help my vision at night. I also had a lot of trouble getting the bulb in straight.

Heres some pics more will be here when it is darker.

Damn, no replies?

What was the main issue with the HID bulb installation? I may be doing this at some point this year. A how-to with instructions for these tasks would be great as I will be adding more and more G37 how-to's to the tech pages.

I love them, visible is so much better, just need to tilt my regular headlights up a bit too now. I would recommend these to anyone want wants to do a HID conversion.

The last picture, I dunno, I've asked you this before in your other thread (couldn't find it), but something in that last pic just doesn't look right. For one, you have way too much upward/forward light on the right side. All of that scattered light isn't good for you or other drivers (scattered light provides no visibility enhancement whatsoever to you and produces very significant glare to oncoming traffic--something like that is considered illegal here, which is just easily fixed by aiming it down). But none of that shows up on the left side. Light from the fogs should not be crossing the cutoff level of your low beams. So either beam pattern is a problem or you need to aim your lamps. Second, why is the pavement lit up so well on the left side compared to the right? The right side looks purple, left side looks stock on the pavement.

probably b/c the light outside the garage was on. In person they look great and while driving they work great too, if anything they need to be aimed higher

not bright enough and I wanted a different color. But I needed to buy the HIDs after I had to take my fogs out to put in a friends car after her lights when out, now that was a long night

So when are you instaling a Turbo?

I like the color of the lights... Never seen a purple let in person. Looks really good!
