New Here With Nissan Pathfinder Problem

I picked up a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder for absolutely no cost. However it does have issues. I'm sure I'll be here a lot!!! Doesn't seem to have a third gear. Can't get past obd II saying not ready. I'm sure there will be more when I get past these first issues.

Any suggestion on how to use this site and the search feature efficiently?

Now that you are in the Pathfinder forum, read the sticky up above - Pathfinder and QX4 general information. You will find links to the owners manual and the factory service manual in there.

For searching, probably you will want to limit our search to posts in this forum. I usually select "first post of topics only".
