The first reply is the hardest to get. Very clean! Any information you're looking for can probably be found here:

What kind of shift knob do you have..? the one picture makes it look really weird.

Looks pretty sweet, OP. Glad to see that even with adjustable suspension you didn't just recklessly slam the car to the ground. ;)

I think I have a little experience with that... :)

Check out my KA-T convertible article series (I think it's on 240sxconvertible.com).

That thing is a gem in the 240 world, I am not a fan of black on black wheels but that's only personal taste. Either way, nice car. I say go for the turbo setup next, some things to keep in mind are fuel delivery and temperatures. Also, does that motor have upgraded head studs? If not, I wouldn't recommend any serious boosting. The KA doesn't have oil squirters on the bottom of the compression chamber so high temperatures caused by accelerated combustion can cause the rings to dry up and fry up. Common issues after boosting a KA are blown headgaskets from the studs stretching usually, bad rings, spun bearing. The spun bearing seems to be more characteristic of cars that run cheap turbos that don't have the proper oil restrictions, sometimes lowering the oil pressure in the motor which is no bueno for boost. Don't cheap out on anything.

Read a BUNCH of KA-T stuff before you even buy anything. Then once you have proper knowledge of typical set up and power goals, lay down the basics of the kit, then the specifics that you would like to have there to make it your own.
