"1990 nissan 300zx 117k 5 speed very clean never abused. Oil changed every 3k. Aftermarket rims, headers, exhaust, and intake. T-top don't leak. 90% tread on tires. Very clean rims no chips never hit a curb. Brand new uninstalled still in box direct fit headers, exhaust, and catalyict converters worth over 700$. Car already has aftermarket headers and exhaust just bought all direct fit for a cleaner look and sound.
The bad: rip in driver seat normal wear and tear for a 20 year old leather seat. And slave cylinder is starting to go, easy fix only 40$ for part. Besides that everything else is flawless this car is great, fun to drive in the summer and a real head turner. These cars are rare in good condition so no low ballers asking 5000 or best offer with new uninstalled exhaust "
i texted him and he answered and then a day later he says to me:
"car just started acting up the other day havent drove it since pretty sure its the head gasket going to need some work im willing to get rid of it for 2500 lowest with exhaust."
i responded asking if it still runs and he replied:
"yes but like i said before its going to need a head gasket runs rough right now you ight as well swap the motor was looking into it only 700 for a new one my car is mint besides that thats why im selling it cheap just to get rid of it plus im throwing in a new exhaust headers and cats still in the box all direct fit"
im just wondering everyones thoughts and what not. worth it not so worth it etc...
