New here need help 12 Versa Sedan Performance parts

Hi all,
I recently picked up a new 12 Versa Sedan base model manual Gray color and i would like to do some simple mods to it.
I have done the following:
- Removed the two rear badges from the trunk, Versa and the other one on the right Eco something.
- Rubber Floor mats
- Black plate frames

Would like now to do the following but need help where i could find these parts and are they available.

Cold air intake
Exhaust - cat back or just muffler
Upper strut tie bar
Lowering springs
Wheels ? What size do you suggest and tire size as well. Was thinking of going 16" same size as Sentra SR or go 17" 225/45 tires like the SE-R

A lot of the parts don't say they are for 2012, you know if they just haven't updated the site?
