New here have a wheel question

So I recently bought some eagle alloy 028's and I noticed that I'm gonna need some hub centric rings cause the hub doesn't actually fit in very well it's too small was wondering if anyone who used these wheels on there s13can help me out and point me to the right direction and we can get this moving ASAP
