Hello everyone, I have just bought my first car on my own, a 2004 G35 coupe. I ll be looking to do some major upgrades in the near future and was wondering if anyone had advice where to start, to look, or buy performance parts, or any other advice. The suspension and exhaust system have already been upgraded, and I'm looking to move on from there. Thanks and hope to be putting up some sweet photos soon

Welcome.

Would help with pics and let us know what is already done to it (the parts installed). With Suspension changed I would want to be sure the alignment is ok.

Where to go to first is up to you.

Some normal first things:Plenum SpacerIntake (either CAI, short ram, Z tube)Wheels/Tires

I'm sure others will chime in soon.

Welcome to Nico!!!

How many miles?? Would make sure everything maintenance wise (belts, fluids, brakes,...ect) are in great shape!! Biggie is right, would check the suspension next, before moving forward.

5AT (auto) or 6MT (manual) ??

Plenum spacer is a must. Best mod $$/HP that you will get (unless you have your lower plenum machined...it will do just as much but will likely cost you more.

What is your budget? Motordyne has come out with some very new designs on Test pipes which are absolutely sick. Pricey for sure, but great gains and very very little rasp. One of the best gains/HP you'll find anywhere.

I recommend the stock airbox for cost (since it does a great job at shielding heat) but the STILLEN intake airbox is great, just a little pricey as all things from stillen are. I think the JWT pop charger is the best filter/velocity stack you'll find for an intake.

I'm pretty sure you need an aluminum undershroud for your car as well
