Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I have a 1992 nissan 240sx with a KA24DE thats blown and i have found a 89 with a KA24E. My question is will they swap out?

You can put a SOHC in, but there are some differences. Use the search button and I'm sure you'll find a thread somewhere.

i dont know how blown your motor is..but sohc and dohc are 2 different monsters!...my advice is to rebuild the dohc...its cheep to do oem style and a great way to learn..think on it a bit if learning to rebuild interest you..then get back to us and we can all help ya along in our own way..after your first home rebuild..you will become leet!
