New Here - 09 - 3.5se Premium Package

Been on the forums for just a couple weeks now, reading, and investigating everything to deal with Altimas.

Tonight the gf and I took ownership of our brand new 2009 Winter Frost 3.5se cvt - with the premium package

I have belonged to many forums, and highly aware of how useful a big RED search button has become in my learning of this car.

Just a little back story - we originally started looking at these cars with a 4 cyl...found out that winter frost is an amazing color, and the cvt is amazing ( i had never driven one till then )

But after goin around to a bunch of dealerships, we actually found one in Utah that was decent. Christopher Nissan in Woods Cross....just north of salt lake city for the reference point.

I wasn't satisified really with a 4 cyl, and had to convince the gf that a 6 is the way to go. So we drove a red one they had on the lot. I was blown away at the 6 compared to the 4. The 6 was more powerful, and suprisingly quieter (engine wise) when I stood on the gas.

We got it invoiced at 28,500 - after 3,100 trade in - 27,900 OTD - tax/title/liscense/fees

I have included a couple pics, since we just picked it up tonight....pardon the garage shots, and more will be coming tomorrow after work.







Future mods:

Tint - 35% all around - i hate seein a non-tinted driver/pass window - and super dark wing and rear.

Rims - Thinking something in the same size.....but colored the same as the car.

Body - Stillen rear wing - ftw(still convincing the gf about the other "parts")

Engine - Intake - still investigatingExhaust - still investigatingSuspension - still investigating

This site has helped in a whole lot of my investigation.

I hope I learn more and can offer my years of owning many different cars to help anyone at anytime.

3.5 ? ewww... what waste on gas. Ava rage people only get 10 mpg mixed. Worst car ever . You should trade in for a G or another car instead. Worst purchase you ever made hehe

Trust me i'm the first one to say auto = ftl - but it's a dual driver car...and the lady can't drive a stick...no matter how many times I try to convince her she can do it....

Sadly mine has sorta died - it has a cracked intake - it's stupid - the damn things are plastic....so i gotta do that this summer, thank god i have an extra one - they are expensive
