Here is the factory headunit i will be ordering for my replacement of the stock am/fm tuner and the piece of **** i got previously (ended up the loading mechanism was busted, got full refund and keeping the item ).http://media.mainstreetcommerc...51a12. Here is a page w/ more info http://www.marketworks.com/Sto...38056

Here is what I have now...

The new unit comes w/ the wires cut from the harness of the Altima. Here is my question for you wiring guys, could this new unit be successfully spliced w/ my stock 240sx wiring harness?

I don't see why not. You just need a wiring diagram from both vehicles and you're set.

Actually, you could just buy the two aftermarket harnesses, the one that goes to the car harness and the one that goes to the oem radio and all the wires will now match the aftermarket standards. red->red, yellow->yellow, black->black, white->white, white/black->white/black.......well, you get the idea. lol

You can get these harnesses from many companies, Scosche, American International, Metra, etc. Just need to know the make/year/model the radio you have came from.
