hey guys I would like to know how hard it's to install headers your sef on nissan 240sx s13 ka. and do I need any down pipes to install them let me know please, and also how to clena the throdle body thanks

Exhaust header isn't too bad. You have to wiggle it just the right way for the old one to come out.No, you don't need a down pipe.

Clean the throttle body: can of carb cleaner.

Not hard at all. The hard part is trying to get the old rusted heat shield off. That was my problem.
