new head unit wont fitttt!!!!!!

i just bought this head unit.....

and i am trying to put it into my 91 s13 and for some reason when everything it screwd in the trim cant fit on....i dont know why someone PLEASE help!!!

you have to take the trim ring off to fit in a nissan, some of the cheaper stereos you have to actually cut them off the radio to make it work.

yeah i did that but when i go to put the trim back on(the shifter boot trim) it wont go on still the cubby bloxcks it too ...

no....i just went to retry to get it in and i tried putting the screws in to a diff spot on the radio(din mounting screws) and it worked!!!

i really app you helping...and yeah you were right i cant use the radio trim bu no worries it looks GREAT.
