If i get a new head unit installed will it run all 6 speakers with out an amp. I know they say 4 by 50 not anything about 6

Yup. The extra speakers are split through an external passive crossover after the deck (meaning the front left two speakers function kind of as one). This holds true for all models (while I was upgrading my system I swapped the Bose deck and ran all - 9 I think? - speakers off the new head unit - though it was still feeding the Bose amp).

I'm assuming you're referring to the non-Bose system, which will still work fine. However, an aftermarket HU will provide more power than the stock deck, so you're more likely to blow a speaker. Might want to think about upgrading at some point anyway.
