hey guys,so i just put in a new head in my single cam ka today.everything went good, got it set to tdc, plugged and put everything back to normal. When i went to start it with the new head it would just keep crankin but no start...the only thing i can think of is some sort of fuel issue...but i dont know. i disconnected the fuel pump connector and cranked it to get to tdc before i removed the old head.i idiot checked and i did plug it back in. what do you guys think?any ideas on tests or something?any help is appreciated.thanks

Did you plug the connector for the Distributor that is located at the front of the head back in?

How about the ground wires that are at the front of the head?

Other than that just double check everything you did and then start with the regular stuff (fuses etc).

Make sure it is not something simple like you knocked the coil wire loose while you were working on it. etc.

For the engine to work you need four things in the proper amounts and at the right time:Fuel AirSparkCompression

If you know you have fuel and spark then you need to check for Air (throlte plate opening when it should) and compression.

I would try a leakdown test to see if that shows anything.
