hey there

im a foxbody 302 guy (only 21)
i know alot about them and their motors and builds
recently wrecked and was lookin for a new shell to put my fairly well build 302 motor into when my buddy suggested playin mad scientist and throwin my 302 into a s13.
I said f*** it lets do it.
atm im lookin for a clean s13 or 14 rolling chasis preferably with as much as the suspension already built.
ive read a few things online and alot on here. but i dont have the time to go threw every forum and post on the net being im looking everything up at work on lunch and downtime. so any info given will be nice.
ill post info on my motor later but for the most part it would be pushin around 400hp if the stock 88 ecu could saport it.
im running twin electric fans on the fox or was...
they where pullin 48 amps so they will be fine for keepin it cool..
full msd minus the dizzy.
PORTED GT40P HEADS
E303 CAM
.30 OVER FLATTOPS
UNDERDRIVES. AC/SMOG DELETE
BBK SHORTY HEADERS AND H PIPES INTO FLOWMASTERS
SHORT THROW SHIFTER (5SPEED DUH)
CAI
BBK THROTTLE BODY
SOON TO PUT BIGGER INJECTORS AND MAF
maybe a better intake manny setup.
im prob forgettin stuff because im rushin but thats the jist of it
any help yall can give would be nice

So are you looking for advise/help with putting in a 302 into a 240sx?

yeah pretty much
my conserns that i havent found anything online about would be fuel pressure from the stock 240 pump
wiring harness splicing
and all the electronics in the car (lights and all that) still workin right after the new harness
only really picture ive seen of the swap the guy cut the front off of the 240 and had to weild it back together to get it to fit or s***
any tech info will be great

U need to check out thr hybrid section on here.. theres a few people that have swap carburated 302's and sbc's. In their s13.. should be the same thing with yours being efi...maybe they can help u as far as. Measurements go..

5.0 explorer engin mounts and a socket set.... boom engine is in... 302 is the easiest v8 swap, but then again it's ford.... has to be easy for operator use
