New Guy With A SICK EX ( Tons of PICS)

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

At least I think so...

Hi guy's my name is Rio and I'm a long time reader first time poster... Read the SIG for most of the info about my EX... But ya Glad to join

I've had my EX for a few months now and just got the pics taken yesterday so I decided to show off a bit.

I've taken My EX to the track a few times... As you can see (with Infiniti of scottsdale and another club) and I must say the thing Kicked a**.

I'd love some input on what you guys think of my EX and if you have ANY ideas for any other MODS be them cosmetic or Performance please let me know

Thanks guys

Rio

Thanks for the pics. Wonderfully photographed and pro looking too, IMHO. Nice lighting effects. It's a beautiful color, but I wanted a diff interior color and chose differently. Looking at yours, I wish I had gone with the Graphite and learned to love the dark interior.

Rio, what's up brother!

OK, I met Rio at the IOS Trackday at Firebird... We were in the same run group a couple times, and I've gotta say, that damn EX can hold its own on the track!!!

You guys have never seen a luxury CUV flogged like this thing was getting... There were a few times I couldn't get the damn thing out of my rearview mirror, even with my G being prepped for track use (and running substantially more horsepower!)

Glad to have you aboard, Rio.

Hey you have virtually the same color EX I have, including interior. Only difference I see is that mine includes the NAV and has crossbars on top. I just wish you could soup mine up with the hardwired radar/lasar detector too.. lol But I'd need something quite stealthly being as they are illegal where I live.

Funny, I kept looking at the pictures to see if I could see any evidence of a stick. I thought, wow! I didn't know these came with a manual trans. Then I realized it was a SICK EX, NOT A STICK EX!

Looks great. I used to take my V8 VW Touareg with air suspension to the track. That thing kicked a** too!

How does it sound with the resonator removed? Can you post a sound clip?

Your car looks great! I have the same colour and was thinking of tinting. Can you provide some daytime, outside pics of your tint and a few more details on the shade you chose?

he looks like one of those westerns from the 50's when they would say 'and introducing.... [insert some teen idol guy like frankie avalon or something]' to draw in the females. of course he gets killed in the 2nd half of the movie.

Having the dealer bump your timing up 2° to increase your lo end hp and TQ

Some dealers with some under the table $$$ will do it for about $50

Makes a HUGE difference with ZERO negatives
