New guy with a S14

Hay guys my name is Nick.
I just got my self a 95 240 with the sr20 swap! I love this car! She has a super clean motor install job. the inside is SPOTLESS for a 95. The guy I got her from did not slack or bought cheep parts.he even had the motor Professionally installed . he gave me a butt ton of receipts. it passed Maryland stat inspection back in sept. so I have to reinspect her. No big deal I am a dealer tech I'll get it done. The body is straght with a clean carfax, but the roof is a bit faded, a crack in the lower bumper and a few chips on the hood, but other then that it's clean! The only thing wrong at this moment is the trunk will not unlatch he installed a new key/lock cy. And now it wont open
Any ideas on how to fix it...?? I was thinking unbolt the latch from the lid Pop it open then figure it out from there

He also gave me a bunch of spare parts. To go with the car when I bought her
So I use to drive a 2005 Volvo S60R AWD it was fun but no were near this cars fun level!
Ive worked on nissan's and 240sx's but I've never worked on one like this so I. Know there's a lot of info on here but I still will ask tons of questions.
Is there any other forums I should sign up at..?
What are some good sites to get parts...?
And anyone in md on here..?
Also any body know where I can get a roof rack & bike rack...? I need the set up ASAP. I bmx and the trunk is a bit tinny lol

P.s sorry for the spelling and what not. I'm not vary good at it but I'm still learning

Yea the hood is faded... So I'm going to do that Matt black car vinly to cover the roof. Any ideas where I can get a bike rack..

Can you guys help me find some info on the trunk latch..? My trunk won't open the guy I got her from broke the key off inside fixed it and didn't get it right
