Hey guys, I have a kinda of long story. As far back as I can remember, I have always wanted a 240sx. The first time I saw a 240, I feel in love with them. It reminded me of a fighter jet, with the 360 degree cockpit and the sharp front end. Unfortunately, my first car was a 1986 Toyota Cressida. I owned that for about 3 years until I was rear ended. I bought a 1993 Honda Civic 4 door 5 spd manual. I drove that until I joined the Army in 2006, and I gave it to my brother. Of course I had more money than I was used to, so I wanted to buy a newer car. I bought a 2002 Honda Civic Si. I loved it. But I still wanted a 240sx. I came across a 96 S14 shell for $700. I picked that up, and a friend of mine and I started digging in. I put a stock KA24de in it, 97 front end, KYB shocks, Tien Stech springs, Tien tie rod ends, tower strut bars, ground control sway bars front and rear, B&M short shifter, Exedy stage 1 clutch, custom short ram intake, RS*R exhaust and I think thats it. My wife got pregnant.... Of course that means my project had to go. I sold it to a buddy of mine, who some how hydro locked the motor. I also sold my Civic Si. My wife drove a 2002 Subaru WRX, and I bought a 2004 VW Jetta GLI. I had planned on giving my wife the GLI because her WRX wasn't in the greatest shape. But she didn't like my Jetta, so I traded that for a 2009 Nissan Xterra. I picked up her WRX and began modifying it. It had a VF39 turbo, 3 inch turbo back exhaust, injen intake, and an open source tune to 17psi. I sold it when I went to Korea. During my mid tour leave from Korea, my wife surprised me with a 92 240sx fastback. While I was back in Korea, I left the car with a friend of mine (same one who helped me with my first 240). He installed my Megan Track series coilovers, and my exedy stage 3 clutch, as well as my 2009 Nismo 370z seats. When I came back from Korea, I got the itch. I needed more power. I bought a cheapy CXRacing turbo kit for the KA24de. My friends and I installed the turbo kit in my driveway. I am still working the bugs out but it has been a blast.
