Just pulled the trigger tonight. Been lurking on the forums for a while during my research stages, but i went ahead and bought my coupe tonight. 2.5 Black with Black leather interior. Sweet ride. I love the thing, I've been out to look at it 4 times now, just to make sure im not dreaming.

Quick question though, am i missing something or is the Owners Manual Hidden somewhere, all i got in the glove compartment, was "Quick Start DVD" and what looks like a window sticker. I wanted to make sure the manual wasn't just hidden somewhere before i called the Dealer to ask where is my manual.

Welcome! Joliet, huh? Not too terribly far from me (grew up just north of there up the new 355 extension - which BTW is wonderfully paved and was a great location to test the governor on my car). I think there are a couple of places that have the owner's manual online in PDF form. However, you should definitely have the hard copy in your car, just in case.

Thanks for the great welcome!!!!

Already talked to the Internet Manager (I Had her E-mail so i just fired one off) She said she will talk to my sales guy, I am going to check in the pile of papers that i have at home, because she mentioned it being "with my key" so i have to assume that means my spare key. But if its not there I will be taking a drive up there tonight.

P.S. @ AppleBonkerYea I think i am going to have to take a Ride up to Frys and try out the new extension just have to try when theres not a lot of traffic.

Lol, it's hard to miss the books, considering they come in the nice Nissan portfolio thingy. If you don't have the black and silver binder, you probably don't have it among your papers.

Welcome!!! Enjoy your new coupe!

FWIW, the long stretch over the Cal-Sag Channel is a wonderful spot. It's long and fairly straight with not a whole lot of chances for cops to pull a U-turn. Plus, if there are cops out there, you can hawk-eye them from a way out. Not that I condone reckless driving.
