I actually made it thru this thread before I became dizzy and couldn't look at the monitor any longer. Suffice to say I wish I hadn't wasted my time. =P

actually in a lot of states the tacky neon lighting is illegal. i don't know why, but i know a lot of people around the midwest that have been pulled over for it.

The neon deals yes it is illegal to drive with them on but it is not illegal to have them on when you are sitting in a parking lot so when you drive cut them off when you sit and chill cut them on here in MS it is illegal to have anything blue shine from your vehicle. NEONs are really for show car use only

yeah, I don't know whats wrong with him, but he has an intense hatred for cars now, and he hates his 240. I offered to buy it from him and he said, nah, I'll keep it around as a beater and because the hatch can hold a lot of ****. I haven't talked to him since.
