Hey guys., new to the forums here and to the Z world. I'm currently stationed here in south korea and need some help with a jdm 1989 z32. My warrant officer is selling it and im ready to buy. My only problem is when i leave in August, the car has to be by the month 25 years old and I have free shipping to the states. How on gods green earth do I find the month of actual manufacture? Ive tried searching and the only thing I can pull up is the date of registration. Is there a way to check with Nissan Japan?

Sorry for tue questions. I'm a regular on gixxer.com but have been out of the car game recently while focusing on the bike more.

Thanks ahead of time. :dblthumb:

There should be a plate on the inside of the driver's door with that information.

Thats what i thought too, but it only had a year date. I talked to a friend of a friend who owns an importing company and he checked it for me. Turns out the month ofanufacture was december. Well damn it, gotta wait a whole year :-(

id ask somebody else, theres already been a bunch of skylines imported without any troubles. AFAIK JDM vehicles only come with a year of manufacture date so it shouldn't mater...
